In Qoxag Theme, there has an option to optimize the theme for increasing the theme speed as well as the website speed.
Navigate to Dashboard> Appearence> Customize> Theme Settings> Optimization Settings. There have some files enable/disable options. That file is not necessary, you can disable it. It will help to increase the website speed.
