From your ‘Dashboard’ navigate to ‘Plugins’ and find ‘WPCafe Pro’. Under the plugin name, the ‘Deactivate’ option is available. Click here.
Key: Dashboard -> Plugins -> WPCafe Pro -> Deactivate
Note: If you’re using WPCafe Pro, then you can’t deactivate WPCafe free until deactivating pro.
