Overview #
Learn how to seamlessly connect Eventin with Make.com using custom webhooks. Automate workflows triggered by event bookings—such as logging bookings in Google Sheets, sending Slack alerts, or syncing attendee details with your CRM—without any coding.
Prerequisites #
- WordPress site with Eventin (Free + Pro) installed and activated
- A Make.com account
- Administrator access to both Eventin and Make.com

Step 1: Create a Scenario in Make.com #
- Go to Make.com and log in.
- Click “Create a new scenario.”
- Search for and select “Webhooks.”
- Choose “Custom webhook.”
- Click “Add” to create a new webhook.
- Give your webhook a name, e.g.,
Eventin Booking Booking
. - Click “Save” — a Webhook URL will be generated. Copy it.
Step 2: Add the Webhook URL to WP Timetics #
- Log into your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Eventin > Settings > Advanced > Webhooks.
- Paste the Make.com webhook URL into the relevant webhook “Delivery URL” field.
- Choose when this webhook should be triggered (e.g., on Booking Create, Event Update, etc ).
- Click Save Changes.
Step 3: Test the Webhook Connection #
- Go back to your scenario in Make.com.
- Click “Run once.”
- Perform a test action in Eventin i.e. Book an Event.
- Make.com should now receive a webhook payload from Eventin.
Step 4: Connect More Apps #
- After the webhook module, click the “+” icon.
- Choose an app you want to send data to (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Configure the action — e.g., create a new row with booking data.
- Map the fields from the webhook to the desired app fields.

- Your Event Site is now fully integrated with Make.com!
