Access the Customization Page #
Go to WordPress Dashboard → WPCafe → Settings → Reservation → Customization to view all available fields and options.

Manage Fields #
Built-in fields include Name, Email, Contact Number, Date & Time, Total Guests, and Additional Notes. You can toggle built-in fields on or off. Custom fields can be added, edited, removed, and reordered to fit your needs.
Add Custom Fields #
Click “Add New Custom Field,” select a type (text, number, date, dropdown), enter a label and placeholder, mark required if needed, and save.
Create Multi-Step Forms #
Divide your form into steps by clicking “Add Step” and assigning fields to each step. This improves clarity and reduces form abandonment.
Notes: Default fields cannot be deleted or reordered. There is no limit to custom fields, but keeping the form concise ensures a better guest experience.
