Event Schedule in WP Eventin Event Management plugin for WordPress #

Scheduling an event allows event organizers to showcase published events on their Event page. You can create unlimited schedules for your events and show them on your WordPress event management website by allowing audiences to access all events on one page.

You need to make an event Schedule to show them on your event page. Create unlimited schedules for your events then show them on your event page on WordPress. Check out the demo to see the types of schedule styles you can add to your event page.

Create Schedule #

From your dashboard, go to WPEventin->Schedules->Add new. Here you will find the option to add the Schedule title, date, and weekday. Then you need to Add a Schedule List by filling up details for Topic, Start & End Time, Location, Speaker, and Details. Once you are done, click publish and your schedule will be created.

Eventin Schedule Shortcode #

Go to WPEventin->Shortcode and find the title Schedules. Click Generate Shortcode and you will be prompted to select the schedule tab/list style, order, and the schedule you want to display. Click to generate and copy the shortcode which you need to paste on your event page.

Independent Speaker’s Block #

At the eventin, you can now add the schedule with a speaker and without a speaker. You can also hide the schedule from the event page. Let’s see how you can do them one by one.

Add Schedule with Speaker #

To show an event with Speaker Block, go to Eventin -> Events. After that, From the “General settings”, then go Select schedule types-> Schedule with speaker ->Update, then go to view the event page.

Add Schedule without Speaker #

To show an event Without a Speaker, go to Eventin -> Events -> After that, from the” General settings”, then Select Schedule types-> Schedule without speaker ->Update, then go to view the event page.

Hide Speaker’s Block #

To show an event Without a Speaker, go to Eventin -> Events -> After that, from the” General settings”, then Select Schedule types-> Schedule without speaker ->Update, then go to view the event page.

Display Speaker’s Block #

Speaker Block Eventin->Settings->Event settings->Hide Speaker Block-> on-> Save Change->the reload event page, for seeing updates.
